- Precision Metal Fabrication – Our precision metal fabrication expertise is much sought after by OEMs that need high-quality fabricated metal parts such as frames, brackets, enclosures, and heavy industrial equipment.
- Stainless Steel Fabrication – Our decidedly superior stainless steel fabrication services have been a specialty since 1987. Our suite of services is enabled by a squad of metal shears, CNC turret punch presses, CNC press brakes, laser cutting machines, and machining capabilities. Our certification in stainless steel TIG welding makes us a one-stop source for all your steel fabrication needs.
- Laser Cutting Services – Having upgraded to a new Mazak Super Turbo Laser less than a year ago, we have scaled up our custom laser cutting capabilities to handle large volume production in surprisingly short turnaround times. We recently honored a requirement for nearly 8000 laser and formed parts with a turn-around time of just over 2 weeks.
- Screw Conveyors / Machine Augers – We are the undisputed specialists in the design and manufacture of auger and screw conveyors systems. Astro offers fully customized auger solutions, with lead times of 3-4 weeks or shorter.
